I had the absolute honour of speaking at the Game Developer Conference 2017 Education Summit on the Career Seminar Day.
This was the most nerve wracking but rewarding talk I have ever given and I am so grateful for the opportunity.
The talk, Virtual Insanity, follows the story of the development process of The Horror Engine, the final project of my Masters, informed by my research into Virtual Reality and horror. The main focus of the talk, is the lessons learned during its creation, from both a technical and more personal perspective.
The talk is now available on the GDC Vault and can be viewed here.
The document created as an accompaniment to the talk, is lurking around here,
